Terms of Service – ANIMOPEYE Studio

1. Scope

ANIMOPEYE Studio is an internal tool operated by José Ángel Dioyano de la Cruz ("ANIMOPEYE"). It is used exclusively by the ANIMOPEYE team to produce, publish and manage content on channels and pages owned by ANIMOPEYE. It is not available to the public.

2. YouTube Terms of Service

ANIMOPEYE Studio uses YouTube API Services. By using ANIMOPEYE Studio, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Our handling of information is described in our Privacy Policy and is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy.

3. Acceptable use

ANIMOPEYE Studio may only be used to publish original content owned or licensed by ANIMOPEYE on ANIMOPEYE's own accounts, and to interact with comments on ANIMOPEYE's own content. It must not be used for spam, for interacting with third-party content in an automated way, or for any purpose that violates the policies of YouTube or other platforms.

4. Content

ANIMOPEYE is responsible for all content published through ANIMOPEYE Studio, including having the rights to any footage, music and sound effects used.

5. Availability and changes

ANIMOPEYE Studio is provided as-is for internal use. These terms may be updated; the date above shows the latest version.
