1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy describes how José Ángel Dioyano de la Cruz ("ANIMOPEYE", "we", "us") handles information in ANIMOPEYE Studio, our internal content production and publishing tool. ANIMOPEYE Studio is used only by the ANIMOPEYE team to manage our own YouTube channel and our own social media pages. It is not offered to the public or to third parties.

2. Use of YouTube API Services
ANIMOPEYE Studio uses YouTube API Services. By using ANIMOPEYE Studio, users agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Information accessed through YouTube API Services is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy.
3. Information we access, collect and store
Through YouTube API Services, and only for our own YouTube channel, ANIMOPEYE Studio accesses:
- Our channel identifier and basic channel information.
- Metadata of our own videos (title, description, tags, privacy status, publication date, video ID).
- Comments posted on our own videos (comment text, comment ID, author display name and channel ID) so we can read, reply to and moderate them.
- Performance statistics of our own videos (for example views and likes).
We use the same approach for our own Facebook Pages through the Meta Graph API.
We do not collect data from YouTube users other than the public comment information described above, we do not sell or share any data with third parties, and we do not use any data for advertising.
4. How we use the information
- To upload and publish our own videos to our own channel.
- To reply to and moderate comments on our own videos.
- To measure the performance of our own content and improve future content and publishing times.
5. Storage and security
Information is stored on a private server controlled by ANIMOPEYE. Access credentials (OAuth tokens) are stored in a restricted file readable only by the service account of ANIMOPEYE Studio and are never displayed in logs. We store only the minimum data needed for the purposes above.
6. Data retention and deletion
- Video metadata and statistics of our own channel are kept while the channel is active.
- Comment data obtained from YouTube API Services is refreshed or deleted within 30 days, in line with the YouTube API Services Developer Policies.
- Anyone who wants data related to them removed (for example a comment author) can request deletion by writing to animopeye@gmail.com. We will delete it within 7 days.
- Access granted to ANIMOPEYE Studio can be revoked at any time through the Google security settings page: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. When access is revoked, we delete the stored tokens and any stored API data within 7 days.
7. Cookies
ANIMOPEYE Studio does not place cookies or tracking technologies on users' devices. This website does not use advertising cookies.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.

ANIMOPEYE Studio es una herramienta interna que usa los Servicios de API de YouTube solo para gestionar nuestro propio canal y nuestras propias páginas: subir nuestros videos, responder y moderar comentarios en nuestros videos y ver nuestras estadísticas. Al usarla se aceptan los Términos de Servicio de YouTube y aplica la Política de Privacidad de Google. No vendemos ni compartimos datos. Los datos de comentarios se actualizan o eliminan en un máximo de 30 días. Puedes pedir la eliminación de tus datos en animopeye@gmail.com y revocar el acceso en la configuración de seguridad de Google.
